A company is looking for an Affiliate Solutions Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management and oversee daily operations for Customer Care and the Global Referral Network across multiple franchise brands
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns to support various franchise systems on brand-specific topics and business requirements
- Facilitate consultations on key products and programs, record interactions via Zendesk, and provide campaign reporting and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
- Strong technical skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
