Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Case Management - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess members' needs and provide information and referrals to appropriate resources
- Document interactions accurately in electronic records to meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Support members during enrollment calls and assist in problem-solving when services are unavailable
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based services
- Experience handling high call volumes and working with auto-dialer systems
- Preferred experience in information & referral, health coaching, or care management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
