Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, including recruitment and training
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success team and implementing improvements
- Analyze customer and product data to enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed customer renewal and retention goals
- Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics for improvement
- Experience working with international clients and remote teams
- Preferred experience in Fintech or HRtech sectors
