Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service to clients regarding the Payments platform, addressing their goals and issues
- Coordinate contractor outreach and training to ensure readiness and timely onboarding processes
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the payments platform, offering guidance to internal teams and customers
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer support experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Initiative to identify and lead process improvement projects
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
