Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 50-75 client calls per day in a professional call center environment
- Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring high-quality service and retention
- Document client interactions and address concerns, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- High School Diploma; degree preferred or equivalent combination
- Customer service and call center experience
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Knowledge of computer technology and ability to learn new programs easily
