Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Client Support Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships post-go-live, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals
  • Monitor support usage trends and recommend adjustments to optimize service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance delivery efficiency and standardize support processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services or SaaS organization
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting clients across varied industries is a plus
