Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert live chat support for complex debit card and banking issues

Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of customer support experience in cards, banking, brokerage, or payments
- Familiarity with card lifecycle, dispute flows, and banking operations
- Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and secure communication practices
- Proficiency in Zendesk or similar support tools
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for product improvements
