Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account inquiries
- Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account programs and document call details
- Ensure compliance in processing transactions and take accountability for the entire process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare-related spending accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA, HRA) is required
- 5+ years of experience with Health Spending Accounts is ideal
- Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort level with technology
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
