Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BPO experience is a plus; open to starters or adapters
- WFH capable with necessary technology requirements
- Possess computer/technology savvy for multitasking
- Amenable to a WFH set-up
