A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage the member's experience during transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate member experiences by acting as a liaison with health plan clients and internal/external partners
- Monitor and confirm trip details, ensuring accuracy and addressing any issues that arise
- Document escalations and follow up with members to ensure timely transportation to appointments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or equivalent in healthcare case management
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalated situations
- Strong understanding of healthcare protocols and customer service etiquette
