Job Summary

A company is looking for a Storage Affiliate Agent - Part Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers at specific storage affiliate locations
• Follow defined guidelines and scripts to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
• Provide continuous support for customers, including availability on holidays

Required Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
• Must be available to work 20+ hours per week, including Saturdays and holidays
• Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
• Must have a personal home computer that meets specified technical requirements
• Ability to work in a private, quiet workspace free from distractions
