Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates on complex technical issues across teams to resolve customer problems
- Performs product troubleshooting and remediation, working with development teams to drive incident resolution
- Leads case triage meetings and contributes to product improvements and automation tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience without a degree
- Experience in Cybersecurity Incident Response, including log analysis and attacker containment
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a background check
- Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions for certain government agency customers
