Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates on complex technical issues across teams to resolve customer problems
  • Performs product troubleshooting and remediation, working with development teams to drive incident resolution
  • Leads case triage meetings and contributes to product improvements and automation tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience without a degree
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Incident Response, including log analysis and attacker containment
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a background check
  • Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions for certain government agency customers
