Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Experience Squad Lead, PIP & Med Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of advocates in processing bodily injury claims
• Handle complex customer escalations and explain intricate coverage decisions
• Track performance metrics and implement strategies for team improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience handling PIP/Medpay auto claims
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team of auto adjusters
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Mitchell Decision Point and medical bill processing systems
• Licensed as an Auto Adjuster in any state, preferably CA and TX
