Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Technician II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second-layer support for customer repair issues that cannot be resolved with basic troubleshooting
  • Interact with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain good customer relations
  • Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot data issues and manage daily objectives set by management
Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Three to five years of telecommunications support center experience preferred
  • Three to five years of telecommunications and repair experience preferred
  • Cisco Certification CCNP preferred with 3 to 5 years' experience at the ISP level
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
