Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Technician II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-layer support for customer repair issues that cannot be resolved with basic troubleshooting
- Interact with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain good customer relations
- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot data issues and manage daily objectives set by management
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
- Three to five years of telecommunications support center experience preferred
- Three to five years of telecommunications and repair experience preferred
- Cisco Certification CCNP preferred with 3 to 5 years' experience at the ISP level
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
