A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss and Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or seeking updates on claims
- Gather relevant information and provide guidance on the claims process
- Ensure all FNOL and claim status processes adhere to company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
