A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Specialized Services Bagster.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, scheduling orders and addressing questions
- Communicate program guidelines and confirm understanding of customer needs and issues
- Utilize authorized systems to gather and update customer information and produce reports as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- Three years of relevant customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
- Must reside and work in the U.S
