Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to educate customers about the product
- Negotiate renewal terms and assess customer health for ongoing partnerships
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth at the time of renewal
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing renewals for various company sizes
- 5+ years of customer management or sales experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong commercial and technical aptitude for negotiations
- Experience navigating contracts and discussions with various stakeholders
