Payment Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Posting Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment processing, invoice explanations, and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation for transactions and post payments according to guidelines
• Investigate and correct payment posting errors while ensuring timely processing of payments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a medical or clinical setting
• Professional knowledge of CPT & Diagnosis Coding, Medical Terminology, and basic Anatomy
• Experience with computers and Windows-based programs, including MS Suite
