Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Member Success team
- Create and track KPIs for retention, satisfaction, and engagement
- Oversee renewal forecasting, retention strategy, and member referral initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading high-performing CX, Client Success, or Member Advocacy departments
- Proven ability to build or scale departments from scratch
- Strong systems thinking and emotional intelligence
- Ability to translate data into impactful decisions
- Familiarity with mission-driven businesses and executive leadership roles
