Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Operations Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technology and process improvements for Customer Experience (CX) initiatives
- Interpret business requirements and configure tech applications and software integrations
- Assist business partners with Knowledge Base configuration and expand a Service Quality Program
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience implementing and configuring applications, including Salesforce and Qualtrics, is preferred
- System administration experience specific to Salesforce and Qualtrics is preferred
- Must be available to travel as needed for business purposes
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required
