Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Operations Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technology and process improvements for Customer Experience (CX) initiatives
  • Interpret business requirements and configure tech applications and software integrations
  • Assist business partners with Knowledge Base configuration and expand a Service Quality Program
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience implementing and configuring applications, including Salesforce and Qualtrics, is preferred
  • System administration experience specific to Salesforce and Qualtrics is preferred
  • Must be available to travel as needed for business purposes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required
