Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound Lab Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
- Provide additional customer education and notify clients of test results accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
