Pharmacy Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Pharmacy Care Coordinator - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls related to medication adherence and prescription refills
• Manage census and productivity standards while providing excellent customer service
• Support internal staff and providers with Medicare drug-related issues and assist in training new hires

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 6+ months of administrative support experience
• 6+ months of experience in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare setting
• 6+ months of call center experience
• Beginner level proficiency with Microsoft Office products
