Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Representative to join their Medical Necessity/Benefits department.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and monitor Medical Necessity Review Forms and ensure timely processing
- Document communication and maintain logs as per state regulations and internal guidelines
- Prepare and deliver Medical Necessity Review Forms and related reports to the Clinical Quality Evaluation department
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate required
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required; Microsoft Access experience is highly desirable
- Internal experience at the company is preferred
