Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support Representative to join their Medical Necessity/Benefits department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and monitor Medical Necessity Review Forms and ensure timely processing
  • Document communication and maintain logs as per state regulations and internal guidelines
  • Prepare and deliver Medical Necessity Review Forms and related reports to the Clinical Quality Evaluation department
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Minimum 2 years of data entry experience and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required; Microsoft Access experience is highly desirable
  • Internal experience at the company is preferred
