A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Validate orders and ensure data entry accuracy for purchase orders
- Provide customer support and develop solutions for inquiries related to sales and product usage
- Maintain records of customer interactions and proactively update order statuses
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Preferred experience as an account representative
- Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
