Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Validate orders and ensure data entry accuracy for purchase orders
• Provide customer support and develop solutions for inquiries related to sales and product usage
• Maintain records of customer interactions and proactively update order statuses

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Preferred experience as an account representative
• Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
