Runner Experience Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Runner Experience Supervisor - DTR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily staffing needs and adjust schedules to meet service levels

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle adverse situations positively
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products
