Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Research Advisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Train and educate clients on platform features and functionalities
- Provide recommendations for clients' research design and assist in project execution
- Act as a customer advocate by sharing client feedback to improve product offerings
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research, or related field; MA/MS preferred
- 1 - 4 years of professional experience, including client-facing roles
- Strong track record in client service and relationship management
- Established knowledge of user research, UX, and/or consumer research
- Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
