A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to policyholders and veterinary clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims
- Build rapport with policyholders and assist with policy changes or coverage enhancements
- Maintain understanding of regulations and utilize multiple technical systems effectively
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in insurance claims processing or customer support
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a contact center environment
- Willingness to submit to a background investigation
