Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all implementation activities, including customer and partner onboarding and new integrations
- Lead business operations initiatives to support customers, including virtual practice establishment and revenue cycle management strategy
- Drive product adoption and maintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in healthtech managing executive relationships with healthcare organizations
- Preferred experience with payer and hospital clients
- Proven adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for implementing technology to improve healthcare
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
