Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluency in Dutch and German
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and CRM/CS platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote culture
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
