Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Software Support Engineer 2 to provide expert support for their software solutions in the workers' compensation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for workers' compensation bill review platforms and claims processing systems
  • Monitor and resolve EDI transmission issues with external partners
  • Document system bugs and conduct training sessions for clients on software utilization
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • 2 years of experience with troubleshooting medical bill processing and claims management issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Customer service/support experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
