Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to support injured individuals in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
- Assess the recovery status of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their progress
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Certifications: Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license and URAC-recognized case management certification required
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
