Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect (Japanese Speaking - Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to design and present solutions for observability and analytics use cases
- Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments to ensure customer alignment and value delivery
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback and influence product development
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms in customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of observability architectures and tools, particularly Splunk, Cribl, and Grafana
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and programming languages like Python or Java
- Proven ability to lead discovery and deliver enterprise solutions that integrate into existing observability stacks
- Proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to work during Japan business hours
