Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - Preventative Maintenance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule preventive maintenance work orders for Customer Service Engineers and Vendors
  • Maintain the preventive maintenance report list and update critical account information in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive PM completions and ensure contract compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high-volume technical customer support role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Experience working with Salesforce and SAP is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
