Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - Preventative Maintenance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule preventive maintenance work orders for Customer Service Engineers and Vendors
- Maintain the preventive maintenance report list and update critical account information in Salesforce
- Collaborate with various teams to drive PM completions and ensure contract compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high-volume technical customer support role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Experience working with Salesforce and SAP is preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
