Key Responsibilities
- Analyze FMLA and company leave policies to determine eligibility
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
- Medical/vocational management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook
- Bachelor's degree preferred
