Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager, Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns operational executive relationships with customers and partners to drive customer success and expand relationships for growth opportunities
  • Guides the team in mobilizing resources to resolve blockers, support customer adoption, and deliver on customer success plans
  • Coaches team members on technical knowledge development and advises customers on relevant Microsoft technology trends
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles, or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including U.S. citizenship verification
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on solution delivery and portfolio management
  • Preferred: 10+ years of experience in customer success with a Master's Degree, or 12+ years with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Project Management certification and relevant industry experience
