Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and explain financial responsibilities
• Verify insurance coverage and compliance requirements while troubleshooting equipment issues
• Document patient interactions and ensure timely processing of orders and delivery instructions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment that bills insurance is preferred
