Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Document customer interactions and verify/update customer information as needed
- Utilize contact center data to enhance service performance and conduct follow-ups with callers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a resident of Oklahoma
- Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate multiple web-based systems
- Must pass background investigation and drug screening, along with preemployment testing
