A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative to assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member insurance plans and healthcare services
- Assist members with appointment scheduling and finding primary care physicians
- Provide detailed reviews and process change requests for member insurance plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in using multiple systems
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- Must reside in Florida and meet specific home office equipment requirements
