A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, building trust and identifying opportunities
  • Review the customer journey and take a consultative approach to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with team members and facilitate workflows to ensure timely deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Valuation, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously
  • Experience in Customer Success or studies in Finance, preferably in the valuation area
  • Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Fluent or native English speaker
