Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, building trust and identifying opportunities
- Review the customer journey and take a consultative approach to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with team members and facilitate workflows to ensure timely deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Valuation, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Experience in Customer Success or studies in Finance, preferably in the valuation area
- Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Fluent or native English speaker
