Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes by phone and respond to online intake requests for legal assistance
- Provide accurate information, referrals, or legal advice under supervision
- Document case facts and prepare case files using a case management database
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED Diploma
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- At least 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience
- At least 1 year of data entry and/or intake-related experience
