Job Summary
A company is looking for Help Desk Staff to provide technical support and assistance to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze problems and provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
- Troubleshoot customer issues and determine the best solution based on customer details
- Maintain documentation and follow up with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology
- Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
- Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services
- Experience in incident management activities for categorizing and entering tickets into tracking systems
