Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage service requests and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and emergency repairs
- Act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure effective communication
- Monitor service requests and work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative role (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and service management software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan, SAP, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
