Job Summary
A company is looking for a Shipment Setup Specialist, Patient Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and refill calls to patients and provide ongoing support
- Complete shipment setup in the non-commercial pharmacy dispensing system and document all calls appropriately
- Coordinate shipments to healthcare provider offices and maintain communication with internal operational staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a case manager or call center representative
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Empathy, drive, and commitment to exceptional service
