Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding meetings and verify customer setup information
- Contact customers to confirm delivery dates and service satisfaction
- Review invoices and service levels with customers post-delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
- Two years of customer service experience
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
- Ability to work standard and non-standard hours as needed
- Must be eligible to travel by air and obtain a REAL ID if necessary
