Account Success Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Success Representative to develop strong customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings and verify customer setup information
• Contact customers to confirm delivery dates and service satisfaction
• Review invoices and service levels with customers post-delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
• Two years of customer service experience
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
• Ability to work standard and non-standard hours as needed
• Must be eligible to travel by air and obtain a REAL ID if necessary
