A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative for Patient Billing and Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collections in a professional manner
- Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements as needed
- Research and resolve patient complaints and inquiries, documenting all actions taken
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
- Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions including insurance billing and collections
- Proficiency in personal computer programs necessary for job duties
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines
