Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Partner Success Enablement Program, including processes and training resources
- Establish partner success metrics and implement tracking and reporting processes
- Foster relationships with partner stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Channel Management, or Customer Success in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven experience in building programs from scratch in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Understanding of partner business models and revenue drivers
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable enablement frameworks
- Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels
