Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to current and prospective members and providers regarding health plans
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing various topics with adaptability
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior work experience in a customer-facing position, ideally with three consecutive years in a previous role
- Completion of a technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop is required
- Outstanding professional references from prior supervisors
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
