• 1+ years in a frontline operations role in travel, hospitality, or a related field
• Ability to maintain efficient and friendly service in all situations
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Willingness to obtain TICO Certification within 60 days of hire
• Experience using multiple software programs effectively
