Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Enrollment and Eligibility Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and reconcile enrollment errors by comparing reports with system information and CMS records
- Prepare and maintain new member or group enrollments while responding to eligibility inquiries
- Perform basic clerical tasks and assist in improving quality and productivity processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in an office environment using a telephone and computer
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Stable work experience and proficiency in MS Windows
