Key Responsibilities
- Work with users to identify best practices for implementing ML workflows
- Manage customer relationships, including implementation, bug triaging, and communication
- Generate training materials and contribute to product features
Required Qualifications
- Professional ML experience (3 years+)
- Some customer-facing experience (3 years+)
- BS or MS in computer science or a related field
- Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy)
- Demonstrated interest in computer vision
